Showing elegant bright Nebbiolo fruit with long length and balanced acid that was not overwhelming. Nice nose that was soft and floral but not prominent. Very balanced barbaresco that is ready now

Perhaps this just needed some time? One dimensional when first opened, an hour of air worked magic. Tart red fruits, tobacco and a touch of oak influence (not overwhelming), with silky tannin. A really nice drink with red sauce and pasta. Many thanks to the CT community- ho-hum reviews here made others pass this bottle up.

Decanted upon opening. Drying tannins fade after 2 hours. Brick red. Aromas of tar and cherry are delicately followed onto the palate. Finish is short. @ $20 for a 375ml, I would not purchase again.

very tasty barbaresco. light and feminine with tar and licorice nose. very enjoyable, although not a real serious barbaresco... does not have the stuffing.... but truly great table wine.... great QPR (are those the initials?)

Took a while to open up but wonderful once it did. Light brown color, mellow tanins - very nice wine.
