  Ordered a glass with charcuterie. A blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. 15 months lees contact and 8g/l dosage. This is the estates introductory sparkling wine. Very pale pink color. Moderate bead. Notes of white fruit including pear and herbs. 86 points.
