Beautiful nose - dried red fruit, olive, white pepper, herbs, coffee, tobacco, mushroom, wet forest floor. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, med tannins, med finish. Balanced mouth, cream, that green capsicum 🫑 , dried red fruit, white pepper, a bit of mushroom 🍄. The only thing to make this better is to have a longer and less watery finish. Well that is a case gone - it was a great investment so happy to have experienced this. Enjoy 😉

A Friday evening in diessenhofen. Pairing it with lamb chops. Deep purple color. Prune, raspberries, red cherries, dust, white pepper, wet forest floor on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, Med flavor intensity, med tannins, med finish. Full creamy mouth with lots of cherries, vanilla, white pepper, a bit of green capsicum, subdued minerality, finish with that creamy mouth. Drinking perfectly now.

Classic Bordeaux nose of cassis and earth. Delicious dark berry fruit, mellow tannins and sufficient acidity to create a beautiful balance that improves in the glass and softens slightly. Lengthy finish. Yum!
