Nice nose. Nice dark red. Fruity with hints of tobacco and spice. Initially full on the palatte, with tannins that flow into the after taste. Dry, bright and well balanced, but not complex. Opens up after about 40 min. Served with filet mignon, but would go well with grilled duck or lamb as well.
