Perfectly drinkable, and paired fine with Indian food, but a little disappointing. Remembered this being a bit sweeter when we'd tasted it, but seemed pretty dry and flat. Off bottle?

What I really like about Riesling is the natural thick unctuous viscosity in the mouth. What I don't like about Riesling is the often overpowering, in your face malic acid, that my palate can't stand. They seem to have made this one just for me. The true Riesling loving crowd is not going to like the acid profile, I do. They got plenty of fresh fruit, like pear, peach, apple and melon. They captured just enough of that famous German minerality. Naturally low in alcohol, this wine has that elevated viscosity, while still coming across the palate as lean and elegant. Has a nice crushed lemon taste on the finish..

Nice, clean taste. Enjoyed it with hard French and Italian cheeses along with grilled veggies.

Little fruity, little sweet; enjoyable, but not excited about the finish.
