  dark gold with a peachy edge to it, this wine smells like apricots drenched in honey and taste like jasmine flowers, peach, and apricot. Carmelized finish. Very nice. Sweetness kept in check with good acidity. Would be fabulous with anything with carmelization: creme brulee, tarte tatin, etc.
