Deep garnet and a clear pinot nose. The fruit is big and a bit rough up front. It was not decanted. The fruit is dark, sweet cherry with a bit of spice. This wine is very dry and dusty on the mid-palate indicating lots of tannins still unresolved. I'm waiting another 3 years before I open the next bottle.

We loved this: charming nose a contrast to the peppery and dark cherry palate.

Ruby color. Nose of dark cherries. Palate of black/red cherries, spice, some earth. Soft tannins. Balanced and smooth. Very enjoyable.
