  • A very strong and concentrated Bourgogne Rouge. Not like many 2003 Pinot Noir this one doesn’t remind me of some marmalade drink. Doubtlessly it is rather modern, but it is able to maintain some different kind of gentle face. The main flavours are sour cherries and Piemontese cherries. It is slightly sweet and hasn’t go too much acid like in regular years. If you like strong, but not too complex as well as expensive Bourgogne wines, I think this one is a reasonable alternative to a village or 1er Cru Pinot.
