    Drank aboard Singapore Airlnes flight - really in a great place right now. It has the depth and fruit and minerality and balance that are aligned right now. Really a terroir wine here, and you can taste the soil. Very good finish with the fine grained tannins and minerals cleansing the palate as the wine goes down. Surprisingly good

    A perfectly good Pessac in a poor vintage - dry on the palate - the overall impression is of the terroir adding more to the flavour than the fruit, which is no bad thing in my book. Not all wines need to be jam packed with ripe fruit. Reasonable wine for 15 euros.
