  Absolutely incredible. Very complex. Drinking beautifully like an old world perfectly ready complex Bordeaux. Lots of smoke mineral Cedar Earth spice cigar box Flint tobacco leather

  Nice dark color with ruby edges. Gorgeous bouquet and flavors of cedar, smoke, leather, tobacco, earth, minerals. At first the fruit is a little lean, but that does improve some with breathing. Drinks well now. Due to the fruit not being that prominent and the complexity of secondary flavors, I would recommend drinking this soon. Very nice and complex

  Nice earthy with dark fruits and a slight smokiness with some minerals. The acidity is starting to become a little more prominent which is concerning. a good bit of it blew off with breathing very boredo like but still the ganache particularly adds some nice Berry flavors to the Cabernet Sauvignon. Based on tasting this now I would recommend drinking soon.

  Absolutely beautiful. Firing on all cylinders. All wine lovers aim to get that wine at its perfect showing and this one hit the nail on the head. While this wine may be able to be aged longer it is drinking so beautifully right now why risk it. Nice Ruby color. Intense Smokey mineral earthy bouquet with graphite, minerals, spicy earth. On the palate it is medium-bodied and super smooth. Lots of secondary flavors with a little bit of primary fruit with some good acids and some tannins. Thus possibly ageable longer. But once again I would not risk it. Nice earthy flavors with smoke minerals graphite cedar leather tobacco. Taste very Bordeaux like but with a touch of Spanish influence added by the Garnacha berry fruit. Absolutely delicious wine. This has really rewarded cellaring. Highly recommended. 14.5% ABV.. a blend of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Garnacha, and 30% Carignan
