Xai Xai winebar NYC - served at refrigerator temperature, I really hate that. A pleasent, fruity but simple white. Very dry with a short finish. $33 a bottle on the list, I'm sure it cost a 1/3 of this at retail.

(Paul Cluver Gewürztraminer Estate, Elgin) The classic Gewürztraminer elements are here, but the wine’s delicacy and finesse are rare for this varietal. Litchi, rose-petal, and honeysuckle notes are accompanied by acacia, tarragon, and fennel. The palate impression is dry, but a moderate acidity maintains poise.
