  This has aged beautifully and is in a great place. Even though this is not heralded as a great vintage, this wine showed to be quite pretty and well balanced, and unlike many recent Del Dotto's I've tasted, the oak is not screaming from the rooftop. In fact, it's not in the forefront at all. Just nice cassis and red berry fruit and a luscious silky mouthfeel with a really long finish.
