  • Jantar de passagem de ano com Poularde à la d'Albuféra (Julia). Sublimes, ainda com fruta mas totalmente suave e equilibrado, é isto!

  • popped and poured a couple small glasses. nice fruity nose. on the palate, an amazing amount of fruit for tasting so closed. strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. bright acid and very firm tannin. I ran it through the aerator, and wine tasted big and lush. not huge, but big. lots of red fruit, and some dark chocolate. juicy and elegant. We are super pleased.

  • Nose is awesome. Stinky at first, but opens with very obvious and distinct charred wood and unsmoked cigar. There is no longer any fruit on the palate and the flavors are very old world. Quite a bit of tannins left, but I'm not so sure it will improve any more. Really smooth. Tastes like an aged Bordeaux.

  • Drinking beautifully right now but plenty of legs left. Bordeaux like to me. An old world style with nice ripe fruit, soft, smooth tannins, medium bodied. First Portuguese wine I've had and I would definitely buy more if I could. Well balanced, nice finish, just a nice bottle of wine. I like it.
