  Nat cork. Dark and a bit opaque in glass, markedly lighter and brighter on the edges. Nose of savory earth and meat notes with a touch of wood and a high toned approach. Big and full wine, and still quite tannic upon inital pour, thick dark waves of fruit, rather plummy. Theres a saparilla note that emerges near the finish and the wine has a dusty, cedary edge there too. This wine exhbits both old and new world elements but ultimately leans new. Would be a great steak wine. Def worth a decant, threw a lot of sediment. I enjoyed.
