  This has matured and transformed with bottle age. Taken on a golden color, and become less acidic and more off-dry. The nice minerality remains. Nice clean, slightly sweet finish. Consumed with spicy Thai noodle and rice dishes. Just lovely!

  nose-subtle smell of petrol
  taste-hint of lemon, fruity, balanced, zesty with decent acidity; long finish leaving a final taste of honeydew melon

  Consistent with previous bottles. Wonderful off-dry Riesling. Rich nose of honeysuckle and pineapple. Palate rich with minerals, white peach and pear flavors. Dry, crisp and slightly tangy finish.
