Damn, this wine is in a perfect place now. Pop and poured at cellar temp, enjoyed over 3 hrs. Dark cherry, graphite/lead, raspberry, coffee, cedar, earth, and a hint of stewed veggies on the nose. Hard to pick out a single dominant note, well balanced nose. Smooth flavors of blueberries, dried herbs, dry earth, leather, lightly peppered plum, and so on. Nice tart cherry starting on the mid-palate leading into a long chalky finish. Medium body and nice acidity throughout. One of the most well-balanced WA wines I have had in awhile. Very pleased with the lack of any noticeable oak! Well done! (Alder Ridge Cab Sauv, Charbonneau Merlot, and Pleasant Cab Franc)
