Which is fun in the context of this tasting and the different mixtures of grapes. Flowery with some soy as it opens. Later, focused, driving, an intellegence that wants to take you somewhere and knows something you don't. Earl grey tea (green with orange peel). Extrodinary beautiful and easy to drink. Youthful, with vigour.
