  Stunning example of Barossa GSM. Ageing beautifully and should for a few years yet.

  Just the slightest hint of bricking at the rim - shy nose, floral with notes of cassis. Full bodied without being overpowering or cloying, dense, strong cassis, soft and full mouthfeel, slightly drying tannins on the finish after 2 hours' decant (a bitterness on the finish that was present on opening fades with time). Just a trifle muddy.

  A nose of dark fruits and some spice, dark black purple in color. A medium to full bodied Rhone blend with blackberry, black cherry, licorice and some earthy spices on finish, an interesting wine. www.winelx.com
