  Продолжение дня Пино Нуара. Дегоржаж 2018 года. Насыщенный золотистый цвет. В аромате красивая третичка: дрожжевой хлеб, корочка, сухофрукты, мёд, сливки, грибной тон, сухая цедра, сыр, карамель. Во вкусе лёгкое, высокая кислотность, минеральное. 91/100

  a classic Champagne. bright acidity, a bit lean, need food, a little fatty and salty, yes caviar would be the best pairing. with a fancy chill bag, very good for picnic!
