Chilled, popped, and poured. Just a cautionary note to not chill this wine too long or it will taste like a sour apple now-and-later. Once it warms up it has a nice pleasant nose and palate of apples and limes. The most exceptional quality of this wine (in my opinion) is its tremendously thick, viscous texture and chalky-limestone mineral on the back end that transforms this Vouvray into a full bodied,30 second finishing monster of a white wine! An excellent wine to pair with creamy or savory dishes! CMS B+

Still drinking like I remember but with a hint more residual sugar. (CMS B+)
