  Starts off muted with little character to show. Starts to open up and within an hour is showing a lot more flare. You trade zip of more mature flavors. Lemon curd, lychee notes. Pretty decent acidity. We all liked this.

  This is in a perfect place, so good. An almost completely different wine than on release. Gone is the day of bright acidity and salinity. Much more depth and texture with the 15 years of bottle age. Stash some of these away if you have the cellar space.

  Dull yellow color. Nothing dull about it in the mouth, in fact a lemony delight with unusual gras for Muscadet and ripping acidity. Terrific mineral/soil finish. I would say that this more than delivered as a $15 purchase that showed like a Premier Cru Chablis at 13 years of age, and it's not done yet.
