From magnum. Young showing. Really tight and packed with deep and concentrated fruit. Spicy and earthy, shows complexity with air. A quarter of the bottle left uncorked in the fridge overnight showed better on day 2. More to come. Great, genuine wine.

Understated and elegant, soft, layered; beautiful. Clear golden color - with pale scent of honey, a floral perfume, and chardonnay. The initial taste, and those over the next 30-45 minutes were so subtle as to be almost indefinable - the slightest hint of citron/ tartness, an undercurrent kiss of oak, and a flavor unlike any other fruit that I can name - and then ... gone. If drunk as an intellectual exercise, I'd recommend nothing, even a baguette overwhelmed; but drink it for the pleasure, and now. Rated 2 on a scale of -1 to 3.

In Magnum but nothing to write home about. Mature which in this case means somewhat over the hill.

Dark color, very mature but drinkable for 45-60 minutes, showing lots of ripe apple, tropical hints and not much structure.
