  Under cork. Stored in refrigerated storage since release. Deep, dark magenta, clearing at the rim. Aromatic with notes of plums - some stewed - spices, black cherries and graphite. Also, a touch of black pepper. In the mouth, a rich, full, sweet-seeming entry. Ripe black fruit with crème de cassis, liquorice, blackberries and plums. No fruit bomb - quite elegant with generous tannins - but with good body and volume. Acceptable freshness and acidity. Decent length. Some development but will drink beyond 2030 (without improving). 90+.

  Still dark crimson.floral nose. Cassis and black pepper on palate. Not the last word in complexity but smooth and moderately rich.still has another 5 years in it.

  A succulent wine. Great floral nose with cassis, plums and black peppercorn. On palate, this is silky, concentrated and well focused. I am most impressed by the richness of the mid-palate. Superb wine.
