Napa Sauv Blank w/14.1% alc. A little age on this one. Smells of grass, citrus fruits, and some spice. There is that Sauv Blanc "cat pee" as well from the acidity. On the palate, this wine has fresh and crisp citrus notes of grapefruit and orange peel. The finish is ultra-refreshing, lasts 20+ seconds, even a hint of minerality to it. Makes you want another drink. Drink now or within the next 1-2 years if well-stored.

light pale yellow in color. Alcohol 14.1% with medium fast forming legs. Nose of hay, fresh cut grass, with a background citrus and melon quality. On the palate, the sweet melon and grapefruit mixes with kiwi, and is followed by the straw/grassy finish. The acidity is well balanced with the fruit, and this wine is refreshing for a hot day with good food.
