  • Medium color and quite clear for a cab.

On the nose some classis bdx elements pencil, cedarbox, iron/mineral, cherry.

On the mouth this is a structured wine with a little acidity, a bit weak in taste but still very pleasant. Would have guessed it to be a St. Emillion/merlot based wine.

Great balance! Well made wine, very smooth and structured, can be drunk with great pleasure without food. However considering this is a legendary wine the taste is a bit one dimensional so not a wine, which you can discuss or ponder over for hours, but very nice would definitely hit it again. The clarity and smooth taste makes it quite easy to identify this wine.
