(TRIBUT Chablis) 2007 Chablis Dear Friends, Here's one of those everyday over-achievers that is little known in the US. With ties to Dauvissat and Raveneau, Laurent Tribut is in an enviable position. When one peers at the bottle, Tribut's Chablis looks like the above mentioned as well (the packaging is almost identical to his senior idols and he has their blessing, especially from Vincent Dauvissat) - he also has the inside track on the best parcels of fruit that may (or may not) come from his brother-in-law's holdings on the border of Montmains. With very small quantities to offer, Tribut sells most of his wine during the first few weeks of offer. In addition, his regular Chablis is known for its ageing ability (up to a decade or more) which makes it even more attractive in an electric vintage like 2007. Whatever the background, this is another steal of a deal with the pedigree to open the eyes of curious white Burgundy fans: (this wine is only 12.5% alcohol as well) ONE SHIPMENT ONLY at this price: 2007 Laurent Tribut Chablis AC (BH87-89) Thank you, Jon Rimmerman Garagiste Seattle, WA Burg7601
