Faint aroma. On the palate it came through with dusty fruit flavors typical of so french countryside. The finish is round and full. The wine picked up a point or two when tasted with food. Good QPR. I would buy it again.

A blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% old vine Carignan. A little "spritz" upon opening. A slight "barnyard" aroma, not bad though. Decanted for an hour. Black cherries and sour cherries. Nice acidity. Light-bodied. Very Pinot Noir like and paired well with grilled, herb-encrusted Salmon. A nice QPR @ $9. Drink'em up if you got'em! 87pts.

Nice light Cotes-du-Rhone-like wine -- reminds me of what I like about wines from southern France. Somewhat austere, some barnyard, not heavy on the fruit, not heavy body, not for everyone. Some structure, hints of mothballs, moderate tannins give it a little bite.

Did not find this interesting. Dry, a bit earthy and muted. Tastes like "flat" simple bordeaux that it is. Must be past its prime.
