  Faint lemon aroma. Pleasant palate of lime and peach. Lingering lime butter finish. Balanced but unexciting, could use a little more zip. If this were anything but a white burgundy I would call it horribly overpriced. Things being as they are, I would call this only slightly overvalued in the mid $30's.
