  • Strictly for historical purposes for the DB
    P&P after being upright to settle dusty sediment several weeks;
    Pale Garnet color; nose of iron/blood, green cardamom, and maybe a little thyme, stable over 90 minutes, sl smoky at the end; palate of gooseberries(tart) red cherries; very well balanced mouth feel, medium body, medium tart red fruit finish.
    very nice with broiled salmon
