Pebble Ridge Vineyard, botrytis cinerea, harvested on November 5 at 30.0 Brix, 12% residual sugar. Clear, medium amber – lychee, honey, sultana, apricot. Low acid, 8.8% ABV, medium- body, short finish. Nice flavor, but no acid left. Was once very good but is now too old.

Pale yellow color. Restrained nose of lychee. Tastes of lychee, citrus fruit, and slightly of melon. Medium finish. Very low acidity. Thin to light. Very clean. Jen and Nick both liked it. Got better after three days in the 'fridge. 8.8% ABV, 12% RS.
