  Appearance:
  Clear, pale garent colour intensity.
  
  Nose:
  Clean, light and simple cherry spicy intensity, aged fruit and floral aroma.
  
  Palate:
  Dry, fresh and medium acidity. Balanced, with soft low tannin, light to medium body. Light fruit intensity of red cherry and mint, as well as pronounced earthy and oaky flavours. Medium length and finish clean.
  
  Conclusions:
  Simple but elegant. Easy to drink on its own.
