  • Nice straw/pale golden color; nose more of melon than apple; spicey, and almost a rich muscat aroma with a hint of butterscotch and wood smoke; big on the palate with a bit of baked apple, plenty of heft and just a smidge of heat; vibrant acidity but short on the minerality I love. Very nice length. Excellent overall impression.
