This was just gorgeous...I served this with a Maine Lobster Bisque tonight at a friends BBQ gathering. In the glass this was a golden color that was deep and lively in the sunlight. On the nose scents of white flowers, honey, and minerals. The feeling in the mouth was all encompassing as it filled the mouth and then fled leaving a plethora of flavors of lemon, quince, minerals, salt water, and sugar cookie ebbing in and out across the medium-long finish. I can still see this outstanding bottle lasting another 5-7 years with proper cellaring. I only wish I had more of this...

- Yellow gold color and aromas of apricot, melon and honey - Spatlese level of sweetness, and with good acid to match well with fruit and dessert.
