Matured nicely. On the nose great depth of blackberry, blueberry, juniper and rose petals. On the palate cola, blueberries, blackberry pie, wet leather and tobacco. Very nice. A nice pairing with grilled top sirloin & stuffed baked potato. If stored well, has several more years to go.

A rather hot, in your face, bordering on port, wine. Not too well structured and lacking any real complexity. A burst of candied fruit is followed by slight notes of black cherry and blackcurrant. As is typical with most grenaches, where the acid slacks, the alcohol picks up.

Very good. Light bodied with med-low acid, low tannins. Fruit a little overripe. Second in the Thanksgiving blind tasting. Buy again: Yes

More spicy and biting than I would expect from a Grenache. Very fruity black currants, blackberries. Nice, not great.
