  Brick in color, you find smoky cherries, dried roses, thyme, leather, cinnamon, herbs, mesquite and tobacco leaf in the perfume. The palate is fresh, spicy, sweet and tart with a vi rant, elegant finish. Fully mature, this gem is still showing great at more than 60 years of age. Drink from 2023-2030.

  The wine is close to completely tertiary with notes of tobacco, leafy herbs, wet earth, red plums, and red burnt cocoa. Medium-bodied, a bit rustic, but in a charming way, the wine requires drinking before sooner than later as it faded in the glass after 30 minutes. Still, it was a pleasant 30-minute ride. Drink 2023-2025.

  Appearance shows some age but you'd never guess nearly 60 years. Leather, cigar box, gravel combine with raisened berry notes. There is still a sweetness of fruit which give the wine life. Lovely molten texture. Such a joy to try this.
