Light salmon colour with shades of bronze and small, persistent bubbles. Red apple, strawberry, peach, yeast and toast on the nose with apple, pear, strawberry and blood orange on the palate. Acidity is high and the finish is rather long, so all in all a pleasant experience.

Incredibly aromatic - bruised apple, peach, croissant, dried apple, dried apricot. Not much by way of red fruit. Enjoyable and moreish.
