Full yellow color. Pure yellow apple aromas. Light weight, not terribly sweet. Orchard fruit, peach, and a touch of guava with spicy background. Average acidity. A simple, unchallenging drink but very easy and enjoyable.

Deep yellow. Pure yellow peach on the nose. Medium weight. Off dry, not botrytized, a beacon of stone fruit, light slate, and average but adequate acidity. Not the ultimate in cut or tension, but the succulent fruit at full maturity is certainly worth the (low) price of admission.

Last Dee Vine Pop-Up of the Year with 1989 and 1959 TBA Treats (1601 Kitchen, San Francisco): Medium yellow. Fragrant lime and secondary perfume. Lovely, light, off dry bright citrus and slate. It lacks a bit of intensity, but I really like its delicacy. In its drinking window.
