In a great spot right now. Intensely peppery with all sorts of interesting non-fruit things going on, but the really amazing thing about it is that it's become seriously elegant over the last few years, with a texture that's positively silky and refined. And still fresh despite the rubber cork.

a barnyard in my backyard..what an awsome nose of hay, manure and green veggies ! then comes the fruit pure and precise. medium bodied, moderate tannins, good acids .this is perfect food wine that will beautifully accompany any pork dishes or even salmon.

Apparently a blend of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon. Medium intensity of color. Nice combination of pungent bell pepper and some riper fruit tones on the nose. Light to medium weight, crisp fruit with good acidity and substantial soil on the finish. Typical Loire red, nicely balanced, and a good drink now.

Gary and Rona Memorial Day BBQ – I really dig this, a great value, and a lean and mean cab yet wonderfully expressive and earthy/minerally. Some herbaceous stuff going on but not in a bad way, more pine-type notes, and crushed asphalt/tar.
