This seems to only be improving. The hazelnut component is comming out a little more. Notes very similar to prior tasting, just seemed to show better balance overall.

Notes from day 2. Pale gold in color. Nose of white flowers, hazelnuts, pear, and minerality. The palate white grapefruit, a little lemon peel, minerality, saline. Nice balanced finish that is above average in length. I think this would be a stellar food wine as the acidity is strong. Hold or drink. 50+5+11+14+8

Thanksgiving at Nags Head. Popped and poured, no formal notes. On the palate there was white flowers, green pear, hazelnuts, and minerality. Palate of white grapefruit, citrus, and minerality. Was a really nice food wine.
