  My last bottle consumed in 2004 was starting to dry out indicating maturity but I held this as an experiment. Fading fruit but still good with cedar, earth and minor mineral. The mid palate is lean and the balance isn't right with a slight tannic bitterness on the finish. I assumed it would become more disjointed with time, and it has evolved, but the balance seems about the same as 2004. Drink now.
