A fully mature Riesling. Nicely balanced, just as a hint of sweetness. Can't imagine that any more time in the bottle will matter much. Opened up a little through the bottle.
Also, lots of sediment in this one. No need to decant, just be careful about handling the bottle before and during serving.

Perhaps a little past its prime, but still thoroughly enjoyable. Pretty traditional spatlese palate.
