  • Sweet jam, black fruit and figs, hints of smokiness. Firm tanics. A typical monastrell.

  • Despite four years waiting and according with colour, wine seems to be perfectly ready but taste is definitely different: Huge tannins and a bit tart or rough on palate. Aromas, on the contrary, are delicious: plenty fruit, sweet monastrell flavours very smoky, earthy and truffly.Pairing a succulent sweet pork in caramelized onion sauce. Good but an expensive bottle for what it is. Sincerely, Enrique Mendoza has better wines.

    A pesar de la espera de cuatro años y conforme al color, el vino parece totalmente listo pero el sabor es totalmente diferente: fuertes taninos y un poco tártico o rugoso en el paladar. Los aromas, por el contrario, son deliciosos: llenos de fruta, olores a dulce monastrell, ahumados, terrosos, atrufados. Maridó un solomillo de cerdo dulce con salsa de cebolla caramelizada. Una botella buena pero cara para lo que es. Sinceramente, Enrique Mendoza tiene mejores vinos.
