Really dark almost black colour. Slightly watery at the rim. Milky coffee and black pepper on the nose. Big full body with soft tannins, good acidity and a little hit of alcohol. Very typical Barossa shiraz. Dark chocolate and black fruits on the palate. Good.

Post dinner straight from bottle. Some mint but nothing too distinctive on the nose or palate. Tannic and needs time but can sense something is waiting to develop
