Deep intense gold. Typical riesling oiliness on the nose, enticing honey mingling with mineral complexity. In the mouth much of the sweetness has disappeared with age, still satisfying with mineral complexity and delicate honey, very long.

Medium straw/gold. Developed, petrolly, oily aroma with notes of saffron and cinnamon. Quite plump on the palate, very petrolly and spicy, some nice freshness and just a hint of peach on the good length, petrolly finish. Quite attractive and still alive - but aromas are perhaps just a little over developed for my taste.

Spontaneous Mini-Paulée-Roumier, Rousseau, Raveneau... (Burgundy): Full yellow. Petrol and other perfume. Middle weight. Fresh, off dry, spicy, some citrus. Interesting and has lasted well.
