  Outstanding. The full quality of the Reisling were presented by this bottle. Subtlety and complexity of flavour. Benefitted from aeration. After open for an hour or so the true nature of the wine presented itself and drank superbly all evening. A little honey and pear on the palate, good fruit balance, wonderful acidity and the slightest hint of sweetness on the long lingering ever changing finish. This is what wine is all about.
