Slow to open wine that unfolded with blackberry dark fruit. Very dry but little tannin after it opened up in about 15 minutes. I reached its peak after 75 minutes and started to decline at about 2 hours. I had this at a Tapas bar in Barcelona. (The label is much more palatable here than the export version.) Note-restaurant wine prices in Spain are not much higher than retail prices in the U.S. as custom is not not mark-up wine like in the U.S. After a week of drinking wine in Spain, France and Italy, the money you save can pay for your flight!!

11/12/2013 - Neecies Does not like this wine: 85 Points
Caramel and oak, loose and simple. No trace at this point of whatever it had that garnered 91 Tanzer points. Drink up if you have 'em.

Probably one of the worst labels I have ever scene. Vanilla with oak.
