  Pues hacia unos 7 años que no retomaba esta añada de Quincha Corral. Lo cierto es que el vino estaba muy entero, comenzando pro el corcho, pasando por el color, siguiendo por la nariz, donde la fruta negra, mantiene aún frescura si bien ha ganado en sensación de madurez, hay toques de monte bajo, algo de especias dulces y el final balsámico y acabando por una boca con buen ataque, cuerpo medio, el tanino aparece mucho más domado, aún intenso pero muy bien integrado, mantiene una razonable frescura, se muestra estructurado, largo y con profundidad.

  Catado en botella Jeroboam en el homenaje a Josep Lluis Pérez. Picota violáceo cubierto. Nariz intensa, con excelente definición, fruta negra en sazón, higos frescos, hierbas aromáticas mediterráneas, matices minerales, alguna vainilla, suaves toffees y fondo balsámico. En boca entra bien, cuerpo medio, taninos firmes pero pulidos, bien de acidez, estructurado, largo y con profundidad.

  Vuelta Espagnol - Spanish grape varieties/regions tasting (Palma de Mallorca): During an organized Spain tasting. Deep purple. Very expressive and ripe note of dark berries and plum. Clearly southern but with good complexity. Full bodied on the palate but with enough tannins to support the big frame. Blockbuster but not over the top. Very nice example of Bobal.
