  Lovely Foothills Meritage, plenty of body but still light on the palate, plenty of perfumey violets and soft red fruits, enjoyed the juicy acidity.
  
  2-9-2009 Winery just emailed me back for my question on the composition of this wine: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with 10% Merlot, Malbec and Petite Verdot.
