READ THIS : THIS IS NOT RETSINA! It is 100% Assyrtico grapes; a white varietal known for its minerality Took this to a tasting and shared with friends. Of course, they were surprised it was not retsina. We all enjoyed the minerality and the off-dry, nicely balanced palette between the fruit and salt, although the tannin and finish was weak; a reflection that I cellered it too long. I will purchase this again and enjoy within 5 years with seafood, meze like horta, and other dishes with salt, olive oil and lemon.
