  Shared with four new friends at a four course Greek dinner we made at Dave's. Popped and poured. Paired very well with Rizogalo rice pudding. Good mature fruit, citrus flavors of peach, pineapple, and ginger. Good balance with a clean, silky finish--almost like a very fine ligueur. Everyone liked it, especially the professional chef. who really thought it was great. If you have any, pop and enjoy with some friends.
